Our Offerings

Pelvic Pain Management - Painful periods. Pain with sex. Chronic pelvic pain that no one seems to understand. We do. We believe in giving you answers and relief, not brushing your symptoms aside. We combine hands-on techniques, movement-based therapies, and nervous system retraining with compassionate care to get to the root of your pain and help you heal.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Rehabilitation - Pubic symphysis pain? Diastasis recti? C-section or episiotomy scar that still feels "off"? Whether you're preparing for birth or recovering after delivery, we specialize in treating the physical changes and discomforts that many women are told are just part of motherhood, but they’re not something you have to live with.

Women’s Pelvic Health - From bladder leaks and pelvic heaviness to pain and pressure you can’t quite explain, we treat it all. Our expert evaluations and one-on-one care are built for the unique needs of the female pelvis.

Post-Surgical Pelvic Rehab - Recovering from a hysterectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic mesh removal, or other pelvic surgery? You don’t have to figure it out alone. We guide your healing process with expert care focused on restoring mobility, function, and comfort.

Men’s Pelvic Health - Erectile dysfunction. Pelvic pain. Post-prostatectomy recovery. Bowel or bladder issues that are hard to talk about are more common than most realize, and you're not alone. We treat them head-on. Our care is discreet, personalized, and built to restore your strength, control, and confidence.

Bowel and Bladder Health - Leaking, urgency, constipation, or trouble fully emptying can take a real toll on daily life. These symptoms are common at every age, but too often they’re ignored or brushed aside. We work with children, teens, and adults to improve bowel and bladder function with care that is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to you.

Orthopedic Pelvic Integration - Back pain, hip pain, and core instability often have hidden pelvic floor connections. If your symptoms haven’t fully resolved with traditional therapy, your pelvis may be the missing piece. We look beyond isolated joints and treat the body as a connected system, blending orthopedic and pelvic care to get you lasting results.

Frequently Asked

  • Your first 60-minute session is all about you.
We’ll start by talking about your history, what’s been going on, and what you’d like to achieve. Then we’ll do a full-body assessment, looking at posture, strength, and mobility. If it seems helpful and you’re comfortable, we can also do an internal pelvic floor exam, but this is always completely optional.

You will receive treatment on day one, and before you leave, we’ll create a plan that’s tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and what matters most to you.

  • Beginning September 1, 2025, you can begin physical therapy in Texas without a physician’s referral for up to 30 consecutive calendar days. If treatment is needed beyond that, you’ll need to obtain a referral from a physician, nurse practitioner, chiropractor, or similar provider.

  • Absolutely. Many of our patients come to us with concerns that aren’t listed on our site, or with a diagnosis that’s still being figured out. If it’s related to pelvic health, movement, or musculoskeletal function, we can likely help and if it’s something outside our scope, we’ll point you toward the right specialist. If you’re unsure, reach out and we can talk through your situation before you book.

  • Yes. At Pivot Physio, we treat women, men, and children for a wide range of pelvic health and musculoskeletal concerns. Care is always tailored to each person’s age, comfort level, and individual goals.
